KONDOR Signs MOU with INFINITY GROUP to Promote Korea-Vietnam Tourism and Medical Tourism
KONDOR TECH, the Vietnam branch of KONDOR Group, and INFINITY GROUP have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote VIP tourism and medical tourism between Korea and Vietnam.

The agreement was signed at the Korea-Vietnam Tourism Promotion and Cultural Cooperation Forum held at Lotte Hotel Seoul, coinciding with the official visit of Vietnamese Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính. Attending from the Vietnamese side were Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyễn Văn Hùng, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bùi Thanh Sơn, Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyễn Chí Dũng, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyễn Hồng Diên, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Lê Minh Hoan, Minister of Government Office Trần Văn Sơn, and Vietnamese Ambassador to Korea Vũ Hồ.
On the Korean side, the forum saw participation from Second Vice Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Jang Mi-ran, Korean Ambassador to Vietnam Choi Young-sam, Vietnamese National Tourism Administration Representative and Tourism Ambassador to Korea Lý Xương Cần (Lee Chang-geun), National Assembly members Jang Kyung-tae, Seo Myung-ok, Lim Jong-deuk, Kim Jae-won, and Chairman of the Visit Korea Committee Lee Boo-jin, among others, totaling over 250 key figures from the tourism and cultural sectors of both countries.

This agreement focuses on promoting tourism and medical tourism for VIPs from both countries. The parties plan to:
- Attract VIP tourists and medical tourists from Korea and Vietnam
- Support telemedicine between medical tourists and hospitals in both countries
- Connect business partners upon request from both parties
Since 2022, KONDOR has recognized the need for digital transformation in the tourism industry and has been working with the Vietnamese National Tourism Administration Representative Office on the Tourism Pay project to enhance convenience in the tourism sector between the two countries through digital and mobile payment solutions. KONDOR operates various blockchain solutions and services based on its proprietary blockchain mainnet, KONET, including the multi-digital asset payment platform KONPAY. Recently, KONDOR completed the patent registration process for a blockchain-based payment mediation service system, leading innovation in the fintech industry.
INFINITY GROUP, a tourism and medical services specialist headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, has formed a nationwide network offering extensive services and has successfully facilitated medical tourism exchanges with Japan for the past 15 years since 2009.
Representatives from both companies stated, "Through this agreement between KONDOR TECH and INFINITY GROUP, we expect to see a significant boost in VIP tourism and medical tourism between Korea and Vietnam, allowing citizens of both countries to enjoy high-quality tourism and medical services across borders."
